What is your pet policy?

Governor Mifflin Apartments is pet-friendly! Residents in each apartment or townhome are permitted 2 pets, and a pet agreement and fee are required for each pet. Please visit our amenities page for breed and weight restrictions, or call us at 484-746-7022 for more information. 

Is there a fitness center?

​Our apartment community provides an on-site fitness center that you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A one-time fee of $50 is required for membership. 

Is there an on-site maintenance team?

​Yes, our community has an on-site maintenance team, and 24-hour emergency maintenance is available as well. 

How is rent paid?

​Convenient online payment options are available. We have a free e-check option and accept credit card payments and cash payments via MoneyGram. 

How much is the security deposit?

How do I apply for an apartment at Governor Mifflin Apartments?

You can apply on our website at your convenience. Please note that we require a $25 application fee for all leasing applicants, and $10 application fee for any non-leasing applicants over 18. These fees will need to be paid before your application can be submitted.
